RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY

What is MONSTER’s Return & Exchange Policy?

At MONSTER, we highly value customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied your order, MONSTER offers free returns & exchanges within 30 days from delivery of the order. All merchandise being returned or exchanged must be unused and have their original tags and packaging. All items that are returned will be subject to inspection. Please note that outgoing shipping charges are not refunded.

 

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or an exchange please contact our customer care team by email (support@monstergamingusa.com), or through the Contact Us page.

Please make sure to have your order # and email ready so that we can process your return/exchange and send you a prepaid return label by email. Please note that for exchanges, we will bill your credit card for the replacement items and will refund that amount to your original method of payment as soon as we receive your returned items. Original outgoing shipping fees will not be refundable.
